Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Operations at Super Donuts India, located in Chandigarh, India. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores and corporate Head Office, ensuring operational efficiency, managing budgets, and leading and managing teams to meet our growth objectives. Key tasks include optimising processes, implementing strategic plans, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Qualifications Operations Management skills to oversee and optimise daily operations Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making Team Management skills to lead and motivate staff Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and reporting Budgeting skills to manage and optimise financial resources Proven leadership abilities with a strategic mindset Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Package - above 5 LPA can be discussed.
