Head of Operations

AMP is Hiring | Operations Manager from Mumbai

We're looking for a responsible Head of Operations to manage our Social Projects focusing on Education & Employment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for AMP, a registered NGO/Non-Profit Organization.

Designation: Operations Manager/ Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Taking complete ownership of the Project. Ensuring timely completion of all the activities undertaken in the Project 

Co-ordinating with different Stakeholders (Members, Volunteers, NGOs, Partners, etc.) to maximize the reach of the project

Effectively drive the concerned internal team members for completion of activities assigned to them

Documenting and promoting all the activities/events as per the process defined

Skills and Experience:

Graduates/Post Graduates from any stream. 

Management/MSW Degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience.

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Social Media.

Job Location: Nagpada, Mumbai

Salary: 30k to 50k (Based on Experience)
