URGENT HIRING Job Title: Head of Operations Department: Operations Reports To: CEO / Managing Director / COO Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company. This role ensures operational excellence, drives strategic initiatives, optimizes resources, and enhances productivity. The Operations Head plays a key leadership role in aligning operational procedures with company goals and ensuring overall efficiency. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and optimize all operational activities across departments. Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and best practices. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Collaborate with department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment and support. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Drive automation and technology adoption for operational efficiency. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across operations. Lead change management and organizational development initiatives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the operations team. --- Key Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of operational systems and digital tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in an operations leadership role Industry experience in Hotels and Restaurants preferred --- Work Environment: Office-based with regular travel to company sites, vendors, or clients if required.
