Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations located in Bengaluru. The Head of Operations will oversee and enhance day-to-day operational processes to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading operational strategies, overseeing team performance, analyzing operational data, and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations across all departments. The role also involves fostering team collaboration and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Operations to lead our operations vertical and ensure seamless client servicing, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our advisory and investment functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in wealth management operations, with deep understanding of mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and GIFT City structures, alongside SEBI/AMFI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions including client onboarding, KYC, transactions (SIP, STP, SWP, redemptions, switches), and reconciliations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal governance standards.
• Oversee client servicing, reporting, and communication for financial and non-financial transactions.
• Work closely with the Research, Advisory, and Compliance teams to strengthen end-to-end processes.
• Drive automation and efficiency through CRM/back-office systems and technology adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team focused on accuracy, accountability, and client delight.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7–10 years of experience in Wealth management, mutual fund operations, or investment advisory

✅ Strong understanding of SEBI, AMFI, and RBI regulations

✅ Familiarity with platforms like BSE STAR MF, NSE NMF II, CAMS, KFintech etc.

✅ Excellent leadership, process management, and communication skills

✅ A hands-on professional who values integrity, precision, and teamwork
