You’ll be responsible for positioning LIT as a leader in innovative, hands-on education , creating compelling narratives, and driving student acquisition. 🚀 Key Responsibilities - ✅ Brand Strategy & Positioning – Define and execute LIT School’s brand identity to make it stand out in the education space. ✅ Growth & Performance Marketing – Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment and engagement. ✅ Content & Social Media Leadership – Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. ✅ PR & Partnerships – Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify LIT School’s presence. ✅ Community Engagement – Create campaigns that foster a strong community among students, parents, and industry stakeholders. ✅ Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and marketing specialists to execute high-impact campaigns. ✅ Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics to measure success, optimize marketing strategies, and ensure maximum ROI. 🎯 What We’re Looking For - - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups. - Successfully built and grown a social media presence, preferably YouTube and Instagram. - Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and digital marketing. - Hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, and content strategy . - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team . - Highly proactive & adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
