Job Description

Role Overview -

Finance

Key Responsibilities -

  • Manage and monitor student fee collection - invoicing, payment tracking, receipt generation.
  • Enter all student payment details into predefined templates/trackers accurately and in real-time.
  • Follow up with students for pending fees through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with admissions and student success teams to align on fee status and schedules.
  • Maintain a clear and updated record of all financial transactions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly fee collection reports.
  • Address student queries regarding fees, receipts, or payment timelines.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal finance protocols.

Requirements -

  • 1+ years of experience in admin, fee collection
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, especially for data entry in fixed formats
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational discipline
