Head of Marketing

Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end marketing function for a premium Retail brand, strengthen brand presence, boost customer engagement, and drive revenue through effective retail, digital, and brand-building initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and execute brand strategy, positioning, and communication across markets.
  
• Plan and deliver annual/quarterly marketing programs with clear targets and budgets.
  
• Drive ATL/BTL activities, product launches, festive promotions, and retail-led campaigns.
  
• Lead digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content.
  
• Oversee retail marketing, visual merchandising, store branding, and new store rollouts.
  
• Manage advertising, creative development, photoshoots, and agency collaborations.
  
• Use customer insights and market data to shape campaigns and improve brand effectiveness.
  
• Handle marketing budgets, cost efficiency, vendor management, and ROI tracking.
  
• Lead and mentor marketing, digital, VM, and creative teams; enable cross-functional alignment.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and peak festive periods.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  
• 10 to 18 years of experience, including 57 years in a senior marketing role.
  
• Background in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or retail industry preferred.
