Head of Marketing

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership:

   Drive B2B marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with business goals and mentoring the marketing team.

• Brand & Content:

   Build Swageazy’s brand as a trusted corporate gifting partner through storytelling, content, and social media.

• Lead Generation:

   Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, PPC, webinars) to generate qualified business leads.

• Digital & Performance Marketing:

   Optimize SEO, SEM, PPC, retargeting, and social media campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Customer Insights & Analytics:

   Use data to understand client behavior, improve targeting, and personalize campaigns.

• Partnerships & Alliances:

   Collaborate with complementary businesses and HR/Corporate partners to expand reach.

• Budget & ROI Management:

   Own marketing spends, ensuring measurable impact on leads, conversions, and revenue.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

   5–8 years in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, corporate services, or corporate gifting.

• Strategic Thinking:

   Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead Generation & Demand Creation:

   Expertise in generating qualified B2B leads via email marketing, LinkedIn, PPC, SEO, and other digital channels.

• Brand & Content Management:

   Strong skills in brand positioning, storytelling, content creation, and social media management.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:

   Proficient in analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.

• Leadership:

   Experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams and mentoring talent.
