Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Marketing & Brand Strategist to lead brand positioning, product marketing, and growth campaigns for TailorWorks. This role demands a strong ability to identify marketing white spaces, craft compelling brand narratives, and drive presence across digital, retail, and high-impact luxury platforms—including in-flight magazines, premium publications, curated events, and lifestyle media.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Define and refine the TailorWorks brand identity in alignment with luxury aesthetics
• Build consistent, aspirational storytelling across all channels and formats
• Champion the brand’s narrative in the premium and bespoke fashion ecosystem
Product & Collection Marketing
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new collections, capsule launches, and service verticals
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop product stories and styling content
Integrated Marketing & Expansion
• Develop and execute 360° campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social, performance), offline (print, PR, ATL/BTL), and experiential formats
• Identify and activate high-impact luxury placements such as in-flight magazines, luxury lifestyle media, premium event venues, and strategic offline branding opportunities
• Continuously find new platforms, untapped markets, and innovative areas where TailorWorks can grow visibility and mindshare
Sales Strategy & Customer Journey
• Align marketing efforts with lead generation for B2B and B2C channels
• Design customer engagement and retention programs that deepen loyalty
• Ensure seamless brand experience across the full customer journey
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and vendors
• Own the calendar, campaigns, budgeting, and performance metrics
• Collaborate closely with sales, tech, design, and operations to drive unified brand outcomes
Who You Are
• A strategic marketer with a sharp creative instinct and commercial acumen
• Passionate about fashion, storytelling, and elevating premium brands
• Highly capable of discovering new marketing opportunities, channels, and whitespace for brand growth
• Balanced in brand thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Proven experience leading growth, visibility, and positioning initiatives for premium or luxury brands
Key Requirements
• MBA in Marketing / Fashion Marketing / Luxury Brand Management (preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and product marketing in fashion/luxury/consumer brands
• Demonstrated ability to craft strategic marketing plans and identify new placement and growth avenues
• Track record of building strong brand visibility and commercial impact across diverse marketing channels
