Double R Bags is a leading manufacturer and exporter of eco-friendly and promotional bags since 1934. With in-house production facilities and a wide range of sustainable materials like jute, cotton, and non-woven fabrics, we serve clients across Europe, the USA, and Australia. We are now expanding our global presence and seeking a dynamic professional to lead our international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets (Europe, USA, Australia, and the Middle East).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, promotional product suppliers, and bulk buyers.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve export sales targets and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, promotional agencies, and importers.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to develop custom bag solutions for international buyers.
  • Manage participation in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation, pricing, and shipment terms (Incoterms, LC, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company’s competitive edge.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in

    international sales/export marketing

    , preferably in

    promotional products, Jute Industry or eco-friendly bags

    .
  • Strong network and understanding of promotional product distributors in key markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving export sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
