We are now expanding our global presence and seeking a dynamic professional to lead our international sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets (Europe, USA, Australia, and the Middle East). Identify, onboard, and manage international distributors, promotional product suppliers, and bulk buyers. Lead the sales team to achieve export sales targets and increase brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Build strong relationships with key accounts, promotional agencies, and importers. Collaborate with the production and design teams to develop custom bag solutions for international buyers. Manage participation in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.). Ensure compliance with export documentation, pricing, and shipment terms (Incoterms, LC, etc.). Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company’s competitive edge. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in international sales/export marketing , preferably in promotional products, Jute Industry or eco-friendly bags . Strong network and understanding of promotional product distributors in key markets. Proven track record of achieving export sales growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
