Head of Information Technology

As the Head of Information Technology at Shahi Exports in Bellandur, Bangalore, you will play a key role in leading the infrastructure and ERP functions of India's largest apparel manufacturer. With over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, particularly in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for ensuring a robust IT infrastructure, seamless ERP operations, and strong data governance across multiple business units. Your main responsibilities will include defining and executing the IT roadmap aligned with Shahi's business goals, driving digital transformation initiatives, and mentoring a team of IT professionals. You will oversee the management of IT infrastructure, ensuring its availability, reliability, and security, as well as implementing best practices in cybersecurity and disaster recovery. Additionally, you will lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems across various functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, HR, and finance. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors for ERP enhancements and support will be crucial, along with ensuring ERP adoption and providing necessary training to business users. You will also drive automation and digital tools specific to garment manufacturing processes, optimizing shop floor technology in coordination with factory heads and operational teams. Compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations, such as ISO and GDPR, will fall under your purview, including the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity protocols and controls. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in ERP systems and infrastructure management. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams will be essential for success in this role.,
