Key Responsibilities: Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and visionary HR Head to lead our human capital strategy in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. The role demands deep functional expertise across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations & Automation, and Strategic HR. Key Responsibilities: 1.Talent Acquisition: ï‚· Drive agile and scalable recruitment strategies to attract quality talent in volume- driven or digital-first environments ï‚· Build partnerships with external agencies, campuses, and digital platforms to expand the talent pool ï‚· Champion diversity hiring and workforce planning aligned with seasonal/tech-driven demands 2.Talent Management & Employee Engagement: ï‚· Develop frameworks for performance management, career growth, and succession planning ï‚· Design engagement strategies tailored to frontline employees ï‚· Use data-driven insights to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity 3.Learning & Development: ï‚· Identify functional and behavioral competency gaps across varied employee groups (sales, operations, tech) ï‚· Deploy scalable training programs (both in-person and digital) to upskill employees ï‚· Foster a continuous learning culture, leveraging modern L&D platforms and internal SMEs 4.HR Operations & Automation: ï‚· Lead HR tech transformation through implementation and optimization of HRMS, ATS, and other tools ï‚· Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR operational excellence ï‚· Standardize and digitize HR processes across geographies and departments 5.Strategic HR &Leadership Advisory: ï‚· Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, offering insights on organizational effectiveness, workforce design, and culture shaping ï‚· Drive change management initiatives in response to business shifts (e.g., digital expansion, rapid scaling) ï‚· Develop policies and programs to support innovation, agility, and resilience Skill & Qualification required: ï‚· Proven experience in managing HR functions in Manufacturing sector. ï‚· Strong leadership presence, stakeholder influence, and decision-making skills ï‚· High adaptability to fast-evolving, matrixed business environments ï‚· Strong understanding of workforce analytics, HR technologies, and compliance frameworks Interested?
