Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources, located in Mumbai. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing labor and employment law compliance, and fostering positive employee relations. The role also includes strategic planning and working closely with other leaders to support the overall organization’s goals. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies Strong Employee Relations and communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financial industry is a plus Show more Show less
