Job Description

Join a dynamic and fast growing diversified group with business interests in diversified industries.

Lead the HR Function across all group companies, ensuring cohesive and strategic human resources management
Drive talent acquisition, development and retention initiative to support business needs
Partner with leadership teams to foster a high performance values driven culture
Manage industrial relations and ensure legal and statutory compliance across sectors
Spearhead organizational development and succession planning initiative

Bachelors / Master's degree with 10-15 years of experience - preferably in a diversified environment including construction

Family accommodation provided. Salary range: 70 - 1Lkh per month
