At AVR, we manage Power Plants, WHRS, and Material Handling Systems across India. As we grow, we are building not just assets, but also a people-first culture. And for that, we are looking for our next Head of HR.

🔹 The Opportunity

This is not a routine HR role. We need a leader who understands the challenges of the O&M and power sector- from mobilizing teams across sites, to hiring technical specialists for CPP, IPP, WHRS plants and large-scale material handling systems, to ensuring our people feel supported, engaged, and motivated.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the HR team across all functions

• Drive manpower planning and recruitment for O&M and project sites

• Partner with operations to align HR with business needs

• Champion employee engagement, training, and leadership development

• Ensure compliance, HR governance, and industry best practices across locations

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Senior HR professional with 12–18 years’ experience in O&M / Power / Ferro alloy o&m

• Hands-on expertise in technical and site-based hiring (operators, engineers, project teams)

• Strong leadership and team-building ability

• Deep knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management in industrial settings
