Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources at a rapidly growing QSR enterprise, your role will be crucial in shaping the people strategy to support aggressive expansion plans. You will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and culture-building while overseeing effective HR operations across all levels of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **HR Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement a holistic HR strategy aligned with business goals, including workforce planning for expansion and talent strategy. - **Leadership Development & Succession:** Identify and develop high-potential talent for leadership roles and implement succession planning for critical positions. - **Culture & Employer Brand:** Champion a strong organizational culture reflecting values of quality, customer-focus, and innovation to maintain high employee engagement and low attrition. - **Compensation & Benefits Strategy:** Oversee the design of competitive compensation and benefits programs that balance cost control with employee motivation and retention. - **HR Policies & Compliance Oversight:** Ensure robust HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks are in place and adhered to, staying updated on labor law changes and guiding the team in handling complex HR issues. - **Operational HR Excellence:** Supervise all HR functional areas, establish service level standards for HR support, and ensure data accuracy. - **Cross-Functional and Executive Collaboration:** Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people-related strategies and provide inputs on organizational capabilities and change management for new initiatives. - **Change Management:** Lead HR-driven change management efforts during expansions or reorganizations. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - **Strategic HR Leadership:** Ability to craft and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with business objectives. - **Influencing & Advising:** Excellent advisory skills with the confidence to influence C-level executives on critical HR decisions. - **Deep HR Knowledge:** Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR trends. Experience implementing HR programs at scale. - **Analytical & Data-Driven:** Utilize data and HR metrics to drive decisions and present data-backed insights. - **Leadership & Team Management:** Proven track record of building and leading effective HR teams. - **Resilience & Problem-Solving:** Thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and make sound decisions in challenging situations. **Preferred Background & Domain Expertise:** - **Industry Background:** Significant HR leadership experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or consumer-focused companies. - **Education:** MBA in HR or equivalent Masters degree in a related field is highly preferred. - **Scale & Growth Experience:** Hands-on experience in scaling an organization and designing HR frameworks for growth. - **International Experience:** Exposure to HR management in international contexts is advantageous, familiarity with HR considerations for different markets adds value for global readiness.,
