Job Description

Lead FP&A for IPO bound global consulting firm driving digital transformation.
Build & scale a high-performing finance team for AI, and cloud-based platforms.

About Our Client

Our client is a global consulting IPO bound organization specializing in SAP and digital transformation solutions, helping businesses achieve operational excellence through ERP analytics, cloud platforms, and process automation. Headquartered in India with a strong international presence, they serve diverse industries with a focus on innovation and scalability.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Develop dynamic financial models and scenario planning tools for strategic decisions.
Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, implement risk-based credit policies, and optimize working capital.
Drive MIS standardization and automation, ensuring real-time reporting and KPI dashboards.
Lead finance automation roadmap using RPA, ML, and AI for processes like variance analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and data governance.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and establish a center of excellence for analytics and automation.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified CA/CMA with 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in FP&A, AR, and MIS.
Proven track record in finance process automation, ERP/BI systems, and digital transformation.
Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and proficiency in dashboarding and data visualization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
