Job Description

Finance Head (CA

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire finance & accounts function, including FP&A, controllership, and statutory compliance.
Own the company’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team for decision-making and growth planning.
Manage banking operations, treasury, and fund-raising (debt/equity).
Drive financial planning, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Audit).
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring zero non-compliance observations.
Implement robust internal control systems and financial governance frameworks.
Lead ERP/finance system implementation and automation initiatives.
Partner with business units on M&A, due diligence, valuations, and integration activities.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with 13–18 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven leadership in managing finance operations of a mid to large-scale organization.
Strong grasp of accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS), financial laws, and corporate governance.
Hands-on expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, audits, taxation, and cash flow management.
Experience in stakeholder management — Board, auditors, investors, and banks.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally Prime) and advanced Excel.
