Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance & Accounts to lead and manage the financial operations of our group entities. The role involves driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening financial controls, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights to enable sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
• Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, audits, and financial reporting
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and corporate laws
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
• Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to senior management
• Manage banking relationships, funding, and financial negotiations
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• 8–12 years of experience in senior finance or leadership roles
• Strong expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proven experience in managing audits and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
