Head of Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 7-12 years of experience to lead our financial team as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Hotel Polo Towers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership skills.

• Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and revenue growth.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants, auditors, and financial analysts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
