Role Highlights

Code
hands-on on a daily basis
while leading the engineering function
Own architecture, delivery, reliability, and security of an enterprise SaaS platform
Build scalable, multi-tenant systems, integrations, and workflow engines
Lead and grow a high-performing India-based engineering team
Drive strong engineering practices: CI/CD, on-call, releases, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

10–15+ years
of engineering experience with
3–6+ years
in leadership roles
Strong background in
SaaS / product-led companies
Deep backend engineering expertise (distributed systems, APIs, async/event-driven architectures)
Experience building secure, enterprise-grade platforms and external integrations
Comfort working in a
fast-paced startup environment
and building from scratch

Nice to Have

Fintech / financial services exposure
AI-enabled workflows, document intelligence, or data-heavy platforms
Security & compliance experience (SOC2 / ISO readiness)
