Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in inbound marketing, paid advertising, and customer nurturing to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing subscriber growth, generating qualified sales leads, and fostering lead nurturing and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

● Lead inbound marketing efforts, including content creation, lead generation, and lead nurturing campaigns.

● Oversee and implement SMM (Social Media Marketing), SMO (Social Media Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

● Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid channels) to achieve maximum ROI for the products under development and launch.

Content & Context Marketing:

● Create and manage a content marketing strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.

● Ensure alignment of content with market trends and audience needs.

Customer Nurturing & Data Analysis:

● Lead efforts in customer relationship management (CRM), customer nurturing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize retention and lifetime value.

● Use data-driven insights for performance analysis, campaign optimization, and strategic decision-making.

● Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Deliverables:

1. Subscriber Growth: Implement strategies to increase our subscriber base month-over-month.

2. Monthly Sales Leads: Consistently generate and deliver qualified leads to the sales team.

3. Lead Nurturing & Retention: Design and execute programs to nurture leads and improve customer retention rates.

Required Qualifications:

● Proven track record of 10+ years in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and execution.

● Expertise in PPC campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

● Strong knowledge of CRM systems, CRO techniques, and marketing automation tools.

● Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or related platforms.

● Expertise in advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.

● Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially on AI.

● Understanding of affiliate marketing and partnership strategies.
