Position- Head of Digital Marketing

Experience- 8+ years

Location- Pune (Kharadi)

Domain- B2B

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience driving marketing strategies across B2B and (ideally) B2C contexts.
Deep knowledge of email marketing platforms, A/B testing tools, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, etc.) with a revenue-first mindset.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on execution capability.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence marketing, sales, and leadership.
Experience in demand generation or performance marketing roles in high-growth or SaaS environments.
