A data-obsessed, brand-savvy, performance-driven digital marketing leader who thrives on building impact across Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Allied Services. You’ll be the architect of our clients digital growth engine—crafting campaigns that convert, stories that stick, and strategies that scale.


What You will Own

Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across all business verticals
  • Translate business goals into measurable digital outcomes—traffic, leads, conversions and loyalty
  • Own the digital roadmap: from brand awareness to customer retention


Digital Channels & Performance

  • Lead SEO/SEM, paid media, CRM, and analytics with a laser focus on ROI
  • Drive marketing automation, personalization, and customer journey mapping
  • Optimize omnichannel presence—web, social, email, mobile, and beyond


Brand & Content

  • Shape compelling brand narratives for University and Hospitality verticals
  • Oversee content strategy, creative direction, and digital storytelling
  • Manage internal comms, PR, and stakeholder engagement with flair


Education Marketing

  • Launch student acquisition campaigns that blend precision targeting with emotional resonance
  • Partner with admissions and academic teams to drive enrollment through digital-first outreach


Hospitality Marketing

  • Elevate guest experience through digital loyalty programs, seasonal campaigns, and influencer partnerships
  • Build visibility across platforms and drive direct bookings


Team & Vendor Leadership

  • Lead a high-performance digital marketing team and agency ecosystem
  • Own media planning, budget optimization, and vendor negotiations


Candidate Profile

  • Proven success in leading digital marketing for multi-sector brands
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, martech, and analytics
  • Experience in Education and Hospitality sectors is a big plus
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution chops
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred
