Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.

Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for online marketplaces in India and key international markets.
  • Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and ad agencies for A+ content, SEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze platform-wise sales, ROAS, and inventory movement to guide decision-making.
2.

D2C (Own Website)

  • Own the D2C revenue P&L with a focus on CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Drive traffic through SEO, email/SMS marketing, affiliate networks, and retargeting.
  • Oversee website UX/UI in collaboration with tech & creative teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Implement funnel tracking via Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Pixel, etc.
3.

Performance Marketing (Google & Meta)

  • Strategize and execute paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage monthly ad budgets, monitor campaign performance, and continuously optimize for ROAS.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for performance-driven assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with ad platform changes, audience trends, and A/B testing best practices.
4.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and manage a cross-functional team across marketplaces, performance marketing, and D2C operations.
  • Work closely with supply chain, creative, product development, and finance to align on shared KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for regular business reviews with senior leadership.
