Job Summary: As a Marketplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading performance advertising across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing marketplace ads at scale. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Display & DSP campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others Monitor key metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS, AOV, and continuously refine strategies Manage bids, keywords, and audience targeting with precision Collaborate with creatives for compelling ad copies, banners, and landing pages Leverage promotional opportunities, trends, and competitor insights Deliver performance reports with actionable takeaways. Requirements: 6-7 years of hands-on experience with marketplace ads: Amazon Ads, Flipkart Advertising, Nykaa Ads, Myntra Ads Proficient in tools like Amazon Pi, Flipkart Iris, Myntra Insight, Helium 10 Strong grasp of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and ROAS-driven performance Advanced Excel and analytics skills PPC experience on Meta/Google is a plus.
