Job Description

We are seeking an Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and maintain autonomous AI agents that optimize and automate core e-commerce operations such as inventory management, customer service, personalized marketing, data reports, accounts, and fulfillment workflows.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI agent architectures (e.g., LLM orchestration, planning, and tool use), process automation, and integration with e-commerce platforms.This role requires a proactive thinker who can deploy scalable, self-improving systems to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AI agents to autonomously manage and improve e-commerce processes.
  • Integrate AI systems with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or custom stacks.
  • Continuously refine agent behaviors based on real-time data and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
