Head of Content

We are seeking a dynamic B2C Content Head to lead our content team and drive brand awareness within the edtech domain. This role will be pivotal in shaping our content strategy, ensuring engaging and informative content creation to connect with our target audience and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on audience engagement and lead generation.
• Lead and mentor the content team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content creation across various platforms.
• Oversee content creation, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyze content performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing content strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in content marketing, with a focus on B2C content strategy.
• Strong understanding of the edtech industry and target audience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of content creators.
