Let’s rethink it.” What you’ll work on: - The real stuff: onboarding, profile setup, job discovery, mentoring, upskilling - our users’ daily life - Making sure the UI doesn’t just look good but feels like it knows the user - Tidying up our Figma files (there’s a system, but it’s had a wild ride) - Owning the full design experience for web + mobile (yes, both) - Giving form to a brand that’s already resonating but still finding its skin Who you are: - You’ve got 2–5 years of building B2C product design (not just client decks) - You care about clarity, not just coolness - You’ve used design systems and broken them when it made sense - You give feedback. You take feedback. You grow fast. - You see the connection between what a user feels and what the screen does Why now? Because we’ve built the bones. And now it’s time to make it breathe.
