Job description Job Title: Data Analyst Intern Location: Remote Duration: Full-time Internship (6 months) with potential for full-time employee conversion based on performance. We deliver value servicing private and capital markets real estate stakeholders: REITs, Private Equity firms, hedge funds, development firms and so forth.Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry, Data Aggregation, and Data Labeling Intern to support our efforts in collecting local government data and optimizing our AI/Machine Learning workflows. This role involves identifying and collecting web links and URLs from municipal websites and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and catalog relevant local government websites and data sources (e.g., zoning board minutes, city council agendas, development approvals, public records). ● Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data pipelines and automation. ● Be a ‘human-in-the-loop’ for AI processes. ● Data entry Qualifications: ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with messy, unstructured data. ● Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. ● Understanding of real estate or prior experience working in real estate is a plus.
