Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with a strong understanding of interior design and architecture to lead design development across our premium veneer range. This role involves designing innovative surface solutions, collaborating with architects and designers, and translating concepts into production-ready designs aligned with global design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design veneer applications including marquetry, CNC routing, fluted panels, and inlays.
• Develop innovative surface patterns, textures, and finishes aligned with global design trends.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants for custom surface solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for project-specific and custom design requirements.
• Translate design concepts into prototypes, samples, and production-ready designs.
• Contribute to sampling formats, mock-ups, product visuals, and display development.
• Ensure designs align with aesthetic, functional, and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of veneers, woodworking techniques, and surface materials.
• Understanding of material behavior and manufacturing processes.
• Passion for premium materials, innovation, and detailing.

Skills:

• Strong design thinking and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
• Excellent understanding of materials, textures, and surface finishes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design briefs.
