About the Role As Head of Cloud Infrastructure & Web Operations, you will be the guardian of uptime, performance, and resilience for all ZoikoTech platforms and select client websites—built and hosted in AWS. You will work directly with ZoikoTech engineers, stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure our cloud environments are scalable, secure, and operating at peak efficiency. What You’ll Do Own and optimize all AWS-based infrastructure for ZoikoTech and client platforms. Design and implement high-availability, auto-scaling, and fault-tolerant architectures. Lead monitoring, alerting, and response strategies to proactively mitigate downtime. Automate DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Ensure compliance with global security and data governance standards. Collaborate with product teams and engineers to support deployments, upgrades, and innovation. Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and deliver permanent solutions—not quick fixes. Serve as the internal escalation point for any infrastructure or web operations concerns. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS production environments at scale. Deep command of services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC, Route 53, and IAM. Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure-as-code frameworks. Expert-level understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices. Strong experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-grade DevOps pipelines. Excellent command of spoken and written English —clarity is non-negotiable. Absolute integrity, honesty, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment. Preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate) Previous experience managing multi-region, multi-account AWS orgs Familiarity with SaaS or AI platform deployments Experience interfacing with senior leadership or external clients Application Requirements We do not hire based on claims.
