As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our internal development team and seeking a highly skilled Laravel & React Developer to join our Shimla office. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a proven track record in developing web applications within the telecommunications sector. The Role: As a Laravel & React Developer, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of modern, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with a dynamic team of designers, developers, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable and intuitive digital solutions that power our multi-industry platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP) and React.js Build and integrate RESTful APIs into front-end interfaces Write clean, well-structured code that follows industry best practices and coding standards Optimise applications for speed, scalability and security Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces Conduct code reviews, debugging, and thorough testing of applications Use Git for version control and follow Agile development methodologies Identify and resolve technical issues promptly Keep up with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in Laravel and React.js development Demonstrable experience in telecoms-related projects and platforms Solid grasp of MVC architecture and modern front-end frameworks Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and REST API integration Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes Sound knowledge of web security principles and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Desirable Skills: Experience with Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack Familiarity with Docker and containerisation tools Knowledge of mobile responsiveness and web accessibility standards Prior work in eCommerce or healthcare-related applications What We Offer: Work on exciting and diverse projects across multiple sectors Supportive, collaborative and innovative team environment Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Career progression and continuous learning opportunities A healthy work-life balance in the picturesque city of Shimla Apply Now If you are a talented developer with a solid background in telecoms platforms and a passion for crafting impactful digital solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
