Senior Chartered Accountant (UK Financial Reporting Standards) Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102 and IFRS. ● Oversee VAT reconciliations, submissions, and compliance monitoring for UK clients. ● Review monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysis. ● Liaise with UK-based auditors and ensure accurate year-end closing and supporting documentation. ● Provide mentorship to junior staff and ensure adherence to UK GAAP best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India or ACCA UK equivalent). ● Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UK statutory accounting and audit support. ● Extensive hands-on knowledge of UK GAAP, Companies House filings, and financial controls. ● Advanced proficiency in Excel and cloud platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage. ● Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; capable of client communication.
