Head of Business Solution's Group - Wealth Management

Centrum Wealth seeks a strategic, hands-on leader to head its Business Solutions Group. You will drive technology strategy and execution, building digital solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and corporate treasuries. This senior role emphasizes techno-functional expertise and the ability to align business goals with leading-edge technology.

Core Responsibilities

·        Partner with leadership to create and deliver a technology roadmap supporting business goals.

·        Drive major tech initiatives: Client Reporting Portal, Mobile App, Data Lake/Middleware, Salesforce enhancements, and RPA.

·        Optimize IT infrastructure, automate routines across teams, and ensure database/cloud efficiency.

·        Lead vendor negotiations to achieve significant cost savings and optimize resources.

·        Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team; promote a culture of ownership and innovation.

·        Ensure successful delivery of all tech projects using Agile or similar methodologies.

·        Communicate project status and technology concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

·        Deliver actionable data dashboards for informed executive decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

·        10+ years of techno-functional leadership, including 5+ in wealth management.

·        Strong expertise in Miles, Wealth Spectrum, or Mpower (Kfintech) systems; proven system migration track record.

·        Knowledge of investments, portfolio management, client onboarding, regulatory compliance.

·        Experience with Salesforce, data analytics, and digital wealth platforms.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

·        Project management experience (Agile/Scrum/SDLC). PMP, CFA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
