Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for an 2 Operations Team Member one for Mutual fund Operation and another for Fixed income Operation having knowledge of NSCCL and ICCL trades. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting project management initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining operational standards, and assisting in data analysis to drive informed decision-making. The Operations Team Member will also support client account management and ensure timely delivery of operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
• Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Knowledge of Sales operations and client support processes
• Experience in Operations Management and streamlining workflows
• Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in financial services operations or related industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
