Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. · 10+ years of techno-functional leadership, including 5+ in wealth management. · Strong expertise in Miles, Wealth Spectrum, or Mpower (Kfintech) systems; proven system migration track record. · Knowledge of investments, portfolio management, client onboarding, regulatory compliance. · Experience with Salesforce, data analytics, and digital wealth platforms. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. · Project management experience (Agile/Scrum/SDLC). PMP, CFA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
