Role Overview

Head of India Business

You will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory in India and ensure industry-leading delivery across all client engagements.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the India market growth strategy in alignment with global business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging segments.


Business Development & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong C-level client relationships across key industries.
  • Lead pitches, negotiations, and high-value proposals.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.


Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery to ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Implement operational best practices, processes, and internal efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and financial discipline across projects.


Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Attract senior talent and manage workforce planning.


Financial Management

  • Own the P&L for the India business.
  • Plan budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability across the region.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, brand activations, or related industries.
  • Proven experience leading large teams and managing multi-city operations.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Deep industry network across brands, agencies, and vendors.
  • Experience working with global clients or multinational organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and decision-making skills.
