To power the next phase of Flexmoney’s growth, we are bringing to market a best-in-class Omni-channel Embedded Finance and Affordability Suite - InstaCred 3601. Our new platform will enable merchants, brands and partners to seamlessly embed digital financing options across all sales channels: online, telesales, in-store and field-sales, enabling sales associates to drive higher conversion by surfacing actionable digital affordability options to the consumer much higher up the sales funnel. InstaCred 360 will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc


We are looking for a highly motivated senior Sales and Partnership Leader who will lead Sales,

Partnerships and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for the

next phase of growth. This person will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Sales function

for the merchant business – this includes direct sales of our Universal Affordability Platform

solution to specific accounts (merchants and marketplaces), vertical specific GTMs and

adoption across multiple commerce segments and driving successful licensing partnerships

with key aggregators (PG, POS and QR) and other commerce partners.


In addition to direct sales, this person will be responsible for relationship management and

revenue growth of key accounts and laying out and executing on a clear go to market strategy

involving a combination of direct enterprise sales to key accounts alongside vertical solutions

and licensing-based distribution partnerships of the Universal Affordability Platform.

Finally, this person will be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive sales targets as well

as managing and growing monetization of key accounts and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

Excellent Network and connects in the relevant target corporate customers:

Hunting is a critical role requirement. We expect you to have deep connects with the

decision makers in the relevant business verticals and corporates which is critical to

getting entry, negotiating commercials and closing the deal with the prospective corporate

customers.

Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution:

be able to segment the market landscape to create the appropriate sales strategy,

business plan and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization across all

segments, and successfully execute on the same with your team.

Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities:

team will be our eyes and ears in the market as we create this new category of Universal

Affordability. We expect you to have your finger on the pulse of the market across various

customer segments and to spot new opportunities and gaps in the market and that we

can develop new products and solutions for

Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts:

of Flexmoney’s UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and segments as defined

by the sales strategy. This will require successfully navigating large enterprise accounts

to drive to closure

Build a High-Performance Sales Team & Culture:

to attract and build a high performance, metrics driven sales team and culture, that sets

aggressive sales targets and exceeds them, including attracting, recruiting, and incenting

high quality sales talent to the team. This also involves setting up the sales motion,

cadence and regular reporting and status updates of your business plan to internal

stakeholders (senior management and investors)

Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets:

sales targets for merchant adoption, monetization and commerce distribution and be

responsible for achieving those targets in a methodical and predictable manner.

Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships:

key accounts and segments, you will be responsible for identifying key partnerships,

negotiating commercials and driving them to go live with internal stakeholders.

Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners:

you to develop strong relationships with C-level and senior executives in our partner

accounts and across the client / prospect networks of merchants and commerce partners

Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM:

responsible for driving successful GTM adoption in partnership with internal stakeholders

(product, engg, ops, customer success) to achieve your sales & revenue targets.


Qualifications:

• Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.

• 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field having dealt with large customers in

the Enterprise Commerce space.

• Experience in Merchant Acquiring and Partnerships a must

• Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus

• Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers

• Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as

Pre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc

• Excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills and the ability to create a win-win partnership

are critical

• Relationship-management, strategic account planning and management, forecasting,

presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-

team opportunity management.

• Have good communication skills and passion to over-achieve the targets.

• Ability to attract good talent, groom and build a high performing team.

• Managed team of Sales / Relationship management individuals and handled partnerships
