Position Overview
A Headhunter specializes in identifying, approaching, and securing top-tier talent—often senior-level, niche-skilled, or hard-to-find candidates—for organizations across various industries. Unlike traditional recruiters, headhunters proactively search for passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs but are ideal fits for critical and strategic roles.
Key Responsibilities
Create organizational maps of targeted companies for potential candidate sourcing.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging roles, and talent movements.
LinkedIn & professional networks
Industry associations
Business intelligence sources
Headhunting directories & referrals
Use discreet and strategic outreach to approach senior-level professionals.
Conduct competency and behavioral interviews.
Assess suitability for C-level, VP, Director, and niche technical roles.
Serve as a talent advisor, providing insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Present curated shortlists with detailed talent summaries.
Act as a mediator between client and candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Handle delicate transitions for candidates leaving senior roles.
Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Execute confidential replacement searches when required.
Create a talent pipeline for current and future executive roles.
Attend industry conferences, leadership summits, and networking events.

Educational & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related fields.
2–8 years of headhunting or executive search experience.
Track record of closing leadership and niche-skilled roles.
Exposure to multiple industries (IT, healthcare, engineering, retail, etc.) is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Successful closures of senior-level positions.
Time-to-fill for strategic/niche roles.
Repeat business and client satisfaction.
Strength & quality of executive networks.
Revenue generated from executive search assignments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
