Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Headhunter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for mid to senior-level positions across various industries. You will use innovative sourcing strategies, strong networking, and deep industry insight to identify exceptional candidates for our clients or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job specifications for critical roles.
  • Use various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, cold calls, etc.) to identify and approach passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles and skill sets.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, and assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for specialized or niche roles.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a headhunter, recruiter, or talent acquisition specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' capabilities and align them with business needs.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in executive search or recruitment consultancy.
  • Industry specialization (e.g., IT, Healthcare, Finance, etc.) is a plus
