About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically source

  high-caliber candidates

  using LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job boards, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Conduct

  in-depth screening interviews

  , assess candidate fit, and present qualified profiles to clients.
• Build and nurture a

  robust pipeline

  of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to

  understand role specifications

  and hiring goals.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while

  maintaining detailed records

  in ATS/CRM systems.
• Stay updated with

  market trends, competitor activities, and recruitment best practices

  for US & Canadian talent markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience

  in US & Canadian recruitment/headhunting, preferably across multiple industries.
• Strong track record in

  closing mid-to-senior-level roles

  in competitive talent markets.
• Expert proficiency in recruitment tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, premium job portals, Boolean/X-ray search, and talent mapping.
• Exceptional

  communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

  skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet

  aggressive hiring targets
