Head Hunter

Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including
job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
, to identify potential candidates.
Visit competitors
and strategically attract their employees.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and conduct
