Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Remote 

Shift: Wednesday to Friday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm EST and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all recruitment tasks and providing support across various departments as needed. This role requires someone who is smart, computer-savvy, and fluent in English, both written and spoken. The Recruiter will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and communications daily.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

- Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment materials.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.

- Support various departments with administrative tasks when required.

- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

- A positive attitude and great personality; able to communicate well over the phone.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve recruitment goals.
