Head of Human Resources Mody University (Location: Sikar)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Lead the HR function and partner with university leadership on HR strategy and policies.
Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

Oversee recruitment for academic and administrative roles.
Build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring across departments.

Employee Engagement & Performance

Lead performance management and capability-building initiatives.
Strengthen engagement, grievance handling, and retention programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws and university regulations.
Oversee HRMIS, dashboards, payroll coordination, and onboarding.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with academic heads and top management on people-related decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

10-20 years of progressive HR experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, policy formulation, and talent management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in higher education institutions is an added advantage.
