Job Summary:

The Head of Education Franchise Acquisition will lead the strategic expansion of the education brand by identifying, onboarding, and managing franchise partners. The role focuses on driving franchise growth, ensuring alignment with brand values, and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in education sector franchising, excellent stakeholder management, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement the franchise acquisition strategy for education vertical expansion.
  • Identify target markets, franchise models, and partner profiles based on business goals.
  • Set clear KPIs for franchise acquisition performance.

Franchise Partner Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of franchise partner identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchise partners.
  • Conduct due diligence, financial assessment, and market research of prospective partners.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop long-term relationships with franchise partners to ensure sustained growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee queries, negotiations, and support.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams for agreement execution and compliance.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environment in the education franchise sector.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine acquisition strategy.

Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure franchise partners adhere to the brands quality, operational, and academic standards.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to monitor and audit franchisee performance regularly.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of franchise acquisition managers and executives.
  • Drive accountability and performance management within the team.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare periodic reports on franchise acquisition progress, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  • Provide forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1418 years of experience in franchise acquisition, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of successful franchise expansion.
  • Understanding of legal and financial aspects of franchise agreements.
