Objectives of the Role Build and manage a sales team to drive business growth across target customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience. Maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way Monitor and align revenue pipeline and leads, processes, and data to make well-informed decisions that impact revenue. Essential Responsibilities Customer acquisition: Oversee the development of marketing and sales strategies to acquire new B2B and EPR customers. This includes pipeline development, conversion rate optimization, and enhancing the customer journey. Revenue generation and analysis: Implement revenue operations, people, processes, and technologies to drive revenue. You will analyze revenue metrics, pipeline, and funnel KPIs to determine effective strategies and tactics for growing revenue. Customer retention: Responsible for growth in new customer accounts and renewals to help maintain a healthy revenue stream. Plan for the future: Prepare and present forecasts and strategies to the senior leadership to help accomplish the organization’s revenue goals. Skills and Qualifications a. Graduate / Post-graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the e-waste industry. b. Have independently handled and scaled revenue operations in earlier assignments. c. Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships, supplier relationships, and key accounts. d. Deep understanding of procurement processes, vendor development, and contract management. e.
