You will be joining a new Food Court on the River Bank in Prayagraj as a full-time Head Chef. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, planning menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served. It will be your duty to maintain inventory, uphold kitchen cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in culinary arts with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with expertise in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key qualities required. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and certification in food safety and hygiene standards are also necessary. A culinary degree or related certification would be advantageous.
