Role Overview: You will be the Head Chef for a new food court located on the riverbank in Prayagraj. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, planning menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served. Additionally, you will be in charge of inventory management, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
